The company was established in 2022, covering an area of 26000 square meters and a building area of 22000 square meters. 10 forging production lines, 80 machining centers and CNC lathes, with an annual production capacity of over 28000 tons. Plan 350 employees, including 30 management personnel and 70 intermediate and senior technical personnel. It is the promotion and development of Shanghai Jinxin Forging Co., Ltd. in Anhui, which is currently in a rapid development stage. The company has invested in new infrastructure and production testing equipment, equipped with a 300 ton to 2000 ton hot forging press forging production line, using medium frequency induction heating and automatic temperature sorting to ensure accurate forging heating temperature. There are mold processing equipment such as machining centers, CNC lathes, EDM machines, wire cutting machines, and lathes, as well as testing equipment such as direct reading spectrometers, coordinate measuring machines, fluorescent magnetic particle inspection machines, hardness testers, metallographic microscopes, etc., to ensure the quality requirements of products.
According to the requirements of standardized management, the company has hired professionals with rich work experience to form a management team, established a production management system using lean production methods, implemented quality management in accordance with international advanced quality management system standards, and has passed ISO9002:2000 and ISO/TS16949 certifications. The management team of the company has over ten years of investment management experience in the forging industry, and now has multiple forging companies in Zhejiang, Shanghai, and Anhui. We are one of the member units of China Forging Association. Production management is at an advanced level domestically.
